What on earth is wrong with the BBC News website?

I just logged onto BBC News and this is what I got… Character encoding problem? Hackers? Bizarre.

    Huh? This wasn’t an iPlayer problem. Not sure if you are referring to me or someone else. I can access iPlayer using http://www.flote.tv
